Include funds that invest with companies taking real and deliverable steps to reduce and manage their environmental impact, or companies that provide environmental services or technology.
Exclude funds believed to invest with companies having a negative impact on the environment, or with no specific policy on how they manage their environmental impact.
Social
Exclude funds that invest in companies actively involved in sectors considered detrimental to society as a whole including the tobacco industry, gambling, alcohol, weapons and armaments or pornography. Also exclude funds that invest with companies considered to have a negative impact on human rights.
Governance
Include funds that invest in companies using accurate and transparent accounting methods and those that allow shareholders to vote on important issues.
Exclude funds believed to invest in companies with poor leadership and shareholder rights, or those that engage in illegal behavior or use political contributions to obtain favorable treatments.
